Reservations are reconfirmed upon receipt of a deposit (via bank transfer) equal to 30% of the rate for the entire stay. The remaining 70% of the rate together with final cleaning fee is due upon arrival.

Furthermore an amount of 200 euros as damage-guarantee is required. This sum will be entirely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed. Fridge, crockery and kitchen nook must be left clean upon departure; otherwise 30 euros will be held back from the deposit.

The keys of the apartment will be delivered between 4.00 and 8.00 p.m. (by appointment) of the arrival day and have to be returned within 10.00 a.m. on the departure day.
People and pets not mentioned on the confirmation of booking are not allowed.
